Sharing tips on coloring acrylic panels
1. Paint spraying Paint spraying is a commonly used method for coloring acrylic panels, which is suitable for large-area, even coloring.
Prepare the spraying equipment and spray paint, choose the appropriate pressure and spray distance to ensure that the paint evenly covers the surface of the acrylic plate. It is recommended that when mixing paints, pay attention to the uniform color and avoid spots or streaks.
2. Solvent dyeing Solvent dyeing is an economical method of coloring acrylic panels and is suitable for coloring small areas. The specific steps are to mix the dye with an appropriate amount of organic solvent and use a sprayer to evenly apply it on the surface of the acrylic plate until the desired color is achieved. It should be noted that solvent dyeing requires certain spray experience and skills. If the color doesn't turn out as expected, you can spray another coat of dye if needed.
