Production process of clear cast acrylic sheets:
1. Raw material preparation
1. Acrylic resin: Choose high-quality resin with high transparency and uniform texture.
2. Hardener: According to the different acrylic resins, choose the corresponding hardener for mixing.
3. Catalyst: It can accelerate the reaction of acrylic resin and increase the hardening speed in low temperature environment. Different types of acrylic resins need different catalysts.
4. Solvent: It is used to dissolve acrylic resin into liquid for easy pouring.

2. Casting process
1. Mold treatment: Clean the mold surface and apply anti-sticking agent to the inner wall of the mold to prevent the acrylic plate from sticking to the mold and being unable to be removed.
2. Measuring and mixing: Mix acrylic resin, hardener and catalyst according to a certain ratio, add an appropriate amount of solvent, and stir thoroughly.
3. Casting: Pour the mixed liquid into the mold, be careful to avoid bubbles or impurities to enter, and fully fill the entire mold
4. Vibration: Use a vibration table to vibrate the mold to remove bubbles in the liquid and improve the quality of the finished product.
5. Curing: Place the cast acrylic sheet at a constant temperature for full curing. Usually needs more than 24 hours, and the time is setted according to different temperatures and corresponding catalysts.
3. Maintenance
After the casting is completed, the acrylic sheet will be removed from the mold.Then clean them with water or detergent and dried.
