LGP Acrylic Light Guide Sheet
The light guide plate is made of optical grade PMMA or PC plate, and then using high-tech materials with extremely high refractive index and no light absorption, laser engraving, V-shaped cross grid carving on the bottom surface of the optical grade acrylic plate, UV screen printing technology prints light guide points. The optical-grade acrylic sheet is used to absorb the light emitted from the lamp to stay on the surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will diffuse to various angles, and then destroy the reflection conditions and exit from the front of the light guide plate. Through various light-density and different-size light guide points, the light guide plate can evenly emit light. The purpose of the reflection sheet is to reflect the light exposed on the bottom surface back to the light guide plate to improve the use efficiency of light; under the same area of light emission brightness, the light emission efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. The single-sided micro-structure array light guide plate generally adopts the extrusion molding manufacturing process.
