Aluminum composite material (ACM) used in the building Industries for exterior and interior cladding of new building and refurbishments of old buildings. It is a reasonable alternative to solid aluminum because of its unique characteristics of light weight, high rigidity, and excellent features and its long lasting ability.
Product composition: The ACM in composed of low density polyethylene core sandwiched between 0.05-0.50 mm (top) and 0.05-0.50 mm (bottom) aluminum skins. The surface one side(top side)in finished with high quality PVDF/PE paint and the bottom side in finished with service/primer coating, finishes are available in solid colors, metallic colors, brushed, wooden and stone marble colors. The finished surface is protected and covered with a self and adhesive peel-off foil film, tested to with stand at least 4 months of exposure to local weather conditions without losing the original peel-off characteristics or causing stairs or other damages.
