Type of HIPS Sheet Roll Thermoforming (by color, surface texture, surface finish, function):
1: Color: generally have natural color, white, black, other special colors such as red, yellow, blue, etc. (some on the color card) can be customized according to customer requirements.
2:Surface pattern: there are large (small) leather pattern, electronic pattern, diamond pattern, frosted pattern, etc.
3: Surface brightness: there are high gloss board, matte board, matte board and ordinary glossy board.
4: Functional sheet: there are antistatic, conductive, flame retardant, anti-ultraviolet, high temperature film and other sheets.

Ingredients and manufacturing processes
HIPS boards are mainly composed of polystyrene and rubber particles. The addition of rubber particles forms a continuous rubber layer, which significantly improves the toughness and strength of the material.
In addition, HIPS boards usually contain 5% to 12% elastomer. Different types and contents of elastomers, polystyrene particle size and molecular weight, and additives will affect its impact strength.
