We specialize in custom football manufacturing. Equipped with an in-house design team, screen printing & UV printing machines, and sampling masters with 10+ years experience, we handle full independent sampling for patterns, leather textures and ball molds. Three customization options are available:
A. Full OEM Private Label
Supply your designs or samples; we offer one-stop service from sampling, mass production, assembly to inspection. Your brand logos can be printed on balls and packages for your private brand.
B. Logo Customization on Existing Styles
Pick our ready-made footballs, add your logo or adjust colors/textures. Fast sampling & production with low MOQ and short lead time.
C. Custom Development by Drawings/Samples
We conduct reverse mold development based on your drafts or physical balls, covering mold tuning, leather selection, texture and printing to meet special size, surface and printing requests.
We control all processes: design, printing, stitching & delivery. Printing is supported for grain, holographic, luminous, diamond and other special leather finishes, suitable for training, match and souvenir football orders.

Customer case
We solved the client's dilemma: the Dettol logo required gradient effects, yet screen printing was chosen to cut costs. We adjusted color schemes and re-produced samples multiple times, delivering a final finish fully meeting the customer's expectations.
We resolved the client's tough challenge: their map design featured unique panels with very similar base colors, and previous suppliers failed sampling. We adopted multi-point positioning calibration to lock panel positions, produced accurate samples, and received positive feedback that the finished product delivered excellent event results.
