1、 Polycarbonate plate shall be bent along the direction of force and shall not be bent laterally. The bending radius shall be the plate thickness: less than 175 times of hollow two-layer plate, less than 185 times of three-layer plate and less than 200 times of four-layer plate. The bending radius of solid endurance plate is also less than 175 times of the thickness. It is forbidden to fix the bending part of the plate with screws.
2、 When installing hollow plate and solid endurance plate, thermal expansion gap must be reserved at the joint between plate and plate according to the plate size, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 0.065mm/m ° C. It is strictly prohibited to fix self tapping screws and pull rivets directly through the plate. If it is necessary to pass through the hole, an enlarged hole with a diameter greater than 100% of the diameter of the self tapping screw or pull rivet must be drilled on the plate, and then the center of the self tapping screw or rivet through the enlarged hole shall be lowered to ensure that the plate can expand and contract freely in any direction.
3、 The steel structure framework must be firmly installed and balanced to avoid damage to the polycarbonate plate due to the framework.
4、 The steel structure framework material must be consistent with the structural area to facilitate construction.
5、 The aluminum alloy strip is consistent with the thickness and area of the purchased plate, which can better protect the plate and prolong the service life.
6、 Neutral silicon copper sealant must be selected for the sealant in contact with polycarbonate plate. It is strictly prohibited to use sealant containing solvent with alkaline, acidic and unknown chemical composition. Avoid direct contact between polycarbonate plate and chemical solvent, solution and volatile gas. If the polycarbonate plate support frame is sprayed with thinner diluted paint, the polycarbonate plate can be installed only after the paint is completely dry. It is strictly prohibited to use thinner diluted paint to repair the steel frame with polycarbonate plate installed.
