Production Workshop
Quality Control
●QC of On-line Production:
1.Production line will have specialized personnel to check on thickness, size, color, surface of each sheet, and test mechanical
behavior from random sample for one batch. Substandard products will be sorted out. Or decision will leave to the shift leader if he can not make it. 2. During production, QC department needs to check the on-line products every half hour, take records, and correct immediately if any mistakes are found. For the sheets produced within the half hour before the mistakes. They need to recheck all of them.
●Full-inspection before processing: Before processing on the existing sheets, each sheet must be checked again. Only the qualified products can be further worked on Full-inspection before processing.
●QC before Inbound: QC department needs to check the products before inbound. If any mistakes are found, both parties in production and QC department.
●QC after processing: QC Before in storage needs to check again all products. Only qualified products can be put Inbound.
After processing, QC department needs to have fully inspection on each item like internal size, external size, assemble them before inbound.
●QC before Outbound: Before products outbound, during packing, products must be checked again. Only qualified products can be packed. If any mistakes are found, packing must be stopped. Mistakes will be report to QC department who will have blame on related personnel.
●Customers ' specific requirements will be added into QC's work.
